Yup, it works. You can be heard talking and there is no microphone hanging around your head or hanging from a wire.

However, you must like having things stuck in your ear, and really stuck. Unfortunately, I don't like things embedded in my ear, so I got a handsfree with the little mike hanging from the wire. I had to buy this because Ericsson does not allow standard headsets to plug into the T28W, but thats another problem.

I have a Jabra Earset for my Nokia and Ericsson phones, and its the best earset Ive tried! Because the Mic is in the earpiece, it is very clear, no one will misshear you, or have those wind noise problems that are so inherent in lapel-type designs. Works extremely well in noisy environments/car/etc... because of this unique mic in ear design.

The eargels fit comfortably in your ear, they dont fall out, and no annoying mike on your cheek, or a wrap around your ear.

Essentialy VERY CLEAR, Small, Light and COMFORTABLE.
