Incredibly fun game. Our kids love playing this game and their friends always ask to play it when they come over. They giggle at the part where they chant, "Fee Fi Fo Fum, Run," as the giant chases them down the beanstalk. They really enjoy collecting the treasures. The graphics are wonderful, brightly colored and very appealing. The children are learning about taking turns and counting the spaces along the board so it is a wonderful first game. They are also learning about spatial concepts as they climb up and down the beanstalk. Makes a great classroom gift, their teachers use it as a center activity.

This game is so much fun and different from other games I have purchased. The giant actually chases the players down the beanstalk. I gave this game to my grandson for his birthday and both he and his sister enjoy playing with their friends. I noticed the kids love to collect things, so winning the three treasures adds a bit of a challenge to the game. There are also interesting spaces to land on along the board, so there is always lots of action. They can hardly wait to shout, Fee Fi Fo Fum, Run!!!!

Finally, a fun game to support the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. We have been reading the story to kids for years and they love it and now they have a clever game to enrich their appreciation of this classic. The game is played and handled repeatedly in the classroom and has held up nicely. The children seem drawn to the interesting game play where they climb the beanstalk, collect trasures, and the giant chases them down the beanstalk. The bright colors seem to attract everyone. The children are learning to take turns, swap places with other players, and count spaces along the board. The game extends learning about this classic story and some of the kids tell me they have asked their parents to buy it for them!
