My first review for this product was labeled "Three Times Happy" and read:
I've order this product thrice now and will definitely order again. If you like summer sausage, salami, or pepperoni then I recommend giving this a try. At about $4.00 each for a pound and a quarter you're getting a tasty buy.

I have since purchased several more times and have been asked for another review. I am still marvelously pleased with the taste and quality of this product. The only thing that has changed is the price. With subscribe&save it now comes down to a little over $14, which makes this product slightly under $3 a pound! You can't even get deli meat for that price anymore. So yeah, good buy just became great.

I JUST TRIED THESE FOR THE FIRST TIME.GOOD SUMMER SAUSAGE.KEEPS WITHOUT REFRIGERATION.GOOD IN SANDWICHES AND WITH PASTAS.GREAT FOR HURRICANE SEASON IN THE KEYS WHEN ELECTRICAL POWER CAN OFTEN BE OUT FOR SEVERAL DAYS!

I just bought 3 of these 4-packs, and I'll be buying more when they are finished.

The product is individually wrapped and then bundled into a 4-pack for easy packing. It tastes well within the range of summer sausage - lots of meat flavor, a little smokiness, lightly salted and with a slight sour note (we'll check the other sausages and update). Heated in a toaster, the tiny bit of sour goes away, but it's there on the freshly sliced cuts.

This'll be our little treat for ourselves on movie nights, if my daughter doesn't scarf them all down (she's a summer sausage fanatic and gives these 2 thumbs up - in between bites).

The sausage was good but not great. I guess it is a matter of taste. Some of the other brands I have seen get poored reviews tasted better to me. Maybe the people I gave it to as gifts liked it better. The price was great.

when opening package water actually dripped out. this is not a very dry sausage. slightly sour taste. fried crisp it is ok, but will not be reordering.

Bought it at the dollar store. Can't find great summer sausage anywhere. Thought I would try. Fell in love. Alas, the small size is discontinued and I can't find the large packages anywhere in my 11,000 pop. town. This is the only place I can find it. Good thing it lasts. My two year old who hates meat loves it. What does that say?

Is a good tasting Sausage better flavor and not as greasy as many of them . Large amount for a good price as well. Will recomend it .

I was inpressed with the very fast delivery and the great price. Sausage smelled great too! Unfortunately it was heavy on the pepper and it bothered my stomach :(

I bought these as a gift, so honestly I didn't eat any of it. However, the report from the recipient was quite positive and the product happily eaten. Delivery was quick and the product arrived in excellent condition.

This really is a great product, its easy to chew, tastes great, and really you get more for your money, there is one downside though, the flavor is INTENSE. I still have two logs left and i bought it a few months ago. The logs are decently sized and would be great sliced up for a meat and cheese platter. I personally use them when i have a snacking fit, i eat two or three small slices with some colby cheese and it clears it right up.
