I ordered two of these chairs. The first one arrived with one wood piece in the ottoman not attached. The screw simply pulled out of the wood. The second chair arrived with one of the back wood pieces snapped in two. I returned this one and asked for a replacement. The replacement showed up with more pre-assembled pieces with the screws pulled out of the wood. I got a refund for this second chair. The wood is very cheap and cannot properly stay screwed together. The one chair I did keep is comfortable, but the wood creaks each time I sit in it. I am expecting it to collapse. I would not recommend anyone over 150 lbs to sit in this.

...a little cheesy on the quality of the wood product. I ordered two of them and was able to assemble without the instructions (missing from the box)by using the photo.

I am little concerned to see how the hardware will hold up to the weather - it is that cheap brass, not stainless so have my fingers crossed on that.

They do look nice once put together and for the price you get what you pay for.

The Jack Post adirondack chair is very good for the price. One of the arm rest looked to be cracked under the paint. It was not unstable, but I wasn't sure how long it would stay that way. I conmtacted customer service and had a new arm at my door within a few days.

Nice chair...excellent customer service. I would definately purchase again.

These chairs are good bargains for the price (cheap!). They were easy to put together and look pretty much like the photos. I don't expect them to last forever (or even very long) but I needed something fast, temporary, and inexpensive.

bought it because I love these chairs and where else will you find for this price WITH the ottoman. It does take a hit being shipped from mfgr to Amazon and then to customer. But if ANY parts are missing, call the mfgr's 800# and they'll take care of. As it turned out, after shaking the box around, I did have all the parts. Once it's together and I got to sit in it, I smiled knowing I have a chair I love,with the ottoman, for the best price around...even though one of the slats is gouged from shipping. Get out the touch up and get over it, I say!

The chair came undamaged and with all needed parts. Put it together in 30 minutes by myself while 6 months pregnant. Comfortable to sit in and feels sturdy. We'll be getting another!
