Loved the chairs!
I ordered 2 of these chairs--admittedly with some fear after reading the reviews--for my granddaughters. Not only did they arrive in record time but they were in excellent condition. I too had planned to repaint them which I did (after a light sanding as the white paint is very glossy) and they turned out really nice. These are great little rockers.

poor quality
We thankfully purchased this chair knowing that we were going to repaint it a different color. It is made of multiple wood type (which do not blend even under the white paint) and the paint job was very poor (there were paint globs in many locations). The wood itself had cracked (over 1 inch in length) in two seperate places (both very visable). I would not buy a chair...

We purchased two adult and two child-sized versions of this chair. The quality is the absolute worst I have ever seen in a piece of "new" furniture. The wood was cracked, split and broken in multiple places and the paint A) Didn't match from piece to piece and B) had big glops and runs all over.
