This show has a promising premise but suffers from a greatly fast food marketing approach. There are some very fascinating works of history on Jack the Ripper and other topics presented in this show. Nothing of great value can come from shallow investigations of deep subjects. A professional and thorough investigation of Jack the Ripper could be the basis for a fascinating series lasting multiple seasons. This show uses hype and *extremely* questionable methods to leap to conclusions. This show suffers from the "every blip on an EMF meter is a communication from a ghost" syndrome. An affirmative response is always the needle swinging to right. A negative response is always dead air. This is yet another incarnation of a paranormal investigation team where everyone has catchy handles. This is an exercise in marketing and nothing more.

The WORST acting of all time, because you know this is scripted. The 'aggressor' is just ridiculous and the 'role player' is the most annoying person, if she said 'OMG' just one more time! I echo the sentiments of the others about constantly hitting 'activity'. There's no way they'd get THAT much activity. I wish I could have my money back for this.

Generally I was expecting something different when I decided to watch, then I realized it was 'supernatural' whoo-doo. Okay, I can deal with that, I liked Ghost Lab very much because they at least had a format, a plan of attack and were as scientific as possible. They didn't imagine EVERY blimp or bump was paranormal. These guys are all over the map, and it seems they're favorite word is "OMG" along with jumping back. Or it was, "I swear to God, man I just saw two eyes behind you.." or something else they saw. Their effort is sophomoric and the program lacks credibility in all respects, so again, really, don't waste your money OR your time.

Lots of paranormal stuff that I found to be boring. The location views were interesting but not enough
detail of the original crime scenes.

Just watched the episode of this series, about Jack the ripper... and I am really upset with the fact this team of so called ghost hunters, seems so sure they have solved this huge 126 year old mystery, and know now, who the famous killer really was, just because their electromagnetic field reader, was used (according to them) by Annie Chapman, one of the victims, revealing finally the true identity of the ripper...! So with no shame at all, they end their investigation claiming they have solved that mystery, that very same one so many people through all those years have tried to solve using real scientific approach to the case, without positive or definitive results... This the worse ghost hunting show ever and I hope they are not going to last very long. Their so called investigations and proofs of cases like the one about Jack the ripper is to me, very sad and a real disgrace. You do not go on TV, telling the entire world, you have the final answer to a 100 plus century old crime, and in order to do so, use the name of a man who was then one of the suspects in the Whitechapel murders case, but has never been then prosecuted for it, a man who is now long gone and can not defend his good name anymore... That little group of non professional ghost hunters is the type that makes all the others, more serious teams, look bad. That was the very last time I will watch one of their episodes, because their use of an electromagnetic field reader as a sole evidence to accuse a man and describe him as the real Whitechapel monster is to me, a real disgrace. What is the new rule now? You are innocent until proven guilty by an E.M.F...???
