I rated one star not for the show itself, but for this DVD and the few others that were released. These DVDs are missing a few minutes, often the teasers before the theme song comes on. I am also befuddled at the lack of a complete season or series set of this wonderful series. It would be so awesome if a series boxed set was released, with each and every minute of the show accounted for, and the Ask Jackie bits as well. I'm not sure why the quality of these DVDs are so poor, or why only a few were ever released.

I love this cartoon!!
I would give a higher rating than 3 stars if they would come out with the rest of the series on dvd.
You can get the entire run of season 1 on vhs!!

Pick up the pace Sony!!

Jackie Chan the worlds most favorite action star is now a cartoon? Well jackie is as good as a cartoon as an action star. In this version of Jackie Chan Adventures he and his neace jade are trying to find some more of the talismans. But the Dark hand is always trying to stop them. This Dvd has two half-hour packed action shows on it.

WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ENOUGH OF SEEING THE RERUNNS OF THIS CARTOON SERIES!
ENTIRE FAMILY ENJOYS HIM & EVERYONE IS VERY HAPPY WE NOW HAVE AT LEAST 3 OF HIS DVDs! WE WANT MORE.... WE EVEN HAVE THE TOY CHAN ACTION DOLLS FROM WHEN THERE USED TO BE TOYS R US AROUND EVERY PLACE! HE'S THE MAN!

I love all the Jackie Chan Adventures from TV. I Hope more will be put on on DVD soon. The show is fun and exciting and great for all ages.

The rating for this video has to do with how the dvd is set up and not the show. The first couple mins. of each eposide is cut out of the video (all the parts before the opening). If you want to see the entire show, I sugest you see it on tv. Besides that it is a funny series (4 stars) and this dvd contains the snake, sheep and rabbit episodes.

I would also like to add my expression of disappointment with the omission of the teasers. Leaving out the trailers really detracts from getting into the story. I expected better from a Sony product.

This DVD release of the cartoon series could have been better. It's lacking the first few seconds of each of the three episodes on it. There's still enough that you can piece it together but it comes of as a little disjointed. The included episodes are 4-6 entitled 'Enter the Viper,' 'Project A, for Astral,' and 'Shell Game.'

If this is a great as the weekly cartoon, I will be ecstatic!
