I just got back from Jackson and found this book to be less than ideal, as it seemed to contain errors in info about some of the restaurants. One of the restaurants was placed in the wrong place on the map, which caused us a lot of confusion because the restaurant was on a street that stopped and started again. The address was right but the map was wrong. Another restaurant listed as one $ (meaning less expensive) turned out to be VERY pricey.

By the way, if anyone wants to try a GREAT place in Jackson, try the Off Broadway Grill, yum yum yum! (Although it was a little pricey, it was a worth every penny.) We had another great dinner at the Mural Room in the Jackson Lake Lodge.

But careful with this book, there are some errors, not sure how many or if we just happened to hit them all.

I thought I was ordering a travel guide. What it seems to be, though, is a type of "yellow pages" where local business advertise their services. The information provided was helpful and up-to-date, yet I doubt there is any objectivity in his reviews.

This is a fantastic book. It has many of the local businesses featured, as well as many services available. Anyone planning a trip to Jackson Hole would find this very useful, and it is small and compact, easy to carry with you.
