I recently bought this helmet for my 3 year old son as part of his Halloween costume.It is a perfect fit and very much like the real ones for adults. I give it a big thumbs up.It also has the adjustable straps on the inside to make the fit even better. It doesn't flop off like others.

This hat stands up to lots of abuse. It's not a real hard hat, so no safety rating, but stands up to toddler abuse. It's nice and plain, with no logos. We used it for a Bob the Builder Halloween Costume and my toddler plays with it all the time. It has a plastic insert to size it down to small heads--so it will fit for a few years at least. The sizing insert is a bit tricky and my toddler didn't like it at first, but it works and keeps him from drowning in the hat. Worth every penny!
