Everyone knows of Offenbach - populist works full of life and happiness.
Piano Works Vol. was a new experience of him for me. When sitting on my balcony overlooking a wide expance of the South Coral Sea his background music made this scene look even better and the wine tastier. Recommended as wonderful background dinner music too. Down here in remote Australia music CDs in 7 days from the other side of the world is very civil. Thanks Amazon for a great site and a great service to those of us who are classic music addicts. A music community without propinquity. Des |
