gripping who-done-it in a great setting,
By Susan Wiser (Lincoln, New Zealand) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Jacquot and the Master (Paperback)
An entertaining and gripping who-done-it set in a monastery-now-very fancy hotel in Provence. The author does a great job of setting the mood and evoking a feeling of place. My first prize for authors of mysteries set in France is still Fred Vargas, but this one was good enough that I'd read more Jacquot novels by Martin O'Brien

Another fine piece of writing in the Jaquot series. Learn more about French cooking, life, history while enjoying a great read where clues are sifted and put together.
