This stuff is awesome. I used it because I was noticing all kinds of gunk floating around while using the jacuzzi tub, and could not figure out how to get rid of it. After the first use of this I could not believe what came out of the jets! I was horrified! To think I had been bathing in that junk! Needless to say, I've got crystal clear water when the jets are on now. Just great!

When we went searching for replacement supplies to clean our Jacuzzi, we saw a number of apparently-reputable companies selling the exact same thing ... for as much as $180. Unless those companies are shipping you a year's supply, they're banking on you automatically thinking "cost more = better".

This is the 5-pack of cleaner(s) that Jacuzzi recommends. Under $20, plus shipping. The other companies? Same exact thing. But you're paying for their boat, too.

(BTW, the product works great as always, and this Amazon supplier shipped quickly and packed our two boxes -- 2x5 -- well.) If you have any uncertainties, call up Jacuzzi and ask about the bogus Internet vendors.

I have battled with black stuff floating in my jacuzzi for sometime. I have run up to four cycles of this special Jacuzzi cleaner in a row and it still didn't clean the system completely. I thought I was going to have to just rip out the tub! Finally, I found a solution tonight. Fill the tub with hot water and add 1 cup of dishwasher detergent ( I used 5 dishwasher tabs) and let it run for 25 minutes. Then drain - wipe the junk out of the tub and refill with hot water and 1 cup of bleach. Run for twenty minutes, drain and again wipe out any junk. Refill with cold water, run jets and drain. Should be sparkling clean! I will run dishwasher tabs now every month!

I use this to clean my 2 person hot tub. It seems to work very well. I love my small hot tub. I have arthritis and the hot tub feels wonderful. Because it's so small it's easy for me to take care of and this helps clean it easily.

Ran 3 packs through the jacuzzi and I did notice a difference, although it is not a "miracle" product that will instantly remove all residue. It is also quite time consuming, as the tub must be filled twice, once with warm water, and once with cold water, and run after each filling and draining, so 1 application can take almost an hour. It is what it is though, and for the price, and ease of doing, I can't complain too much. It DOES work, it is just time consuming.

A friend recommended Jacuzzi System Clean 5Pack (T628000) to me - and it works great!

We use our Jacuzzi tub almost daily...including the grandkids who like bubble baths in the "Big Tub." Then we use this product about once each week to keep the water circulation pipes and jets clean and bright.

We don't use oily chemicals (bubble bath, shampoo, soaps, etc.), so no black gunk (technical term) builds up in the pipes...but this product would clean those out without difficulty.

The two-packet, two-step procedure for cleaning couldn't be easier to follow either!

We've had our tub for about 5 years...and it looks brand new thanks to this cleaner.

very easy to use and works great. The company was great to deal with and it couldn't have been easier. I couldn't find this product locally, so I am glad to be able to order it thru Amazon.

I used this on my tub that doesn't get used very much. We live in a dry climate so we "don't have the mold problem most do", but when I got into my last bath there were black floaties. Yuk! I called the company and found out about this product. They want twice as much too. I went to my trusty Amazon and found it and the reviews I wanted. It worked great! First cleaning got rid of the Yuk! Easy to use too.

I've used this four times in the last month and all I have to show for it is stinging eyes, a headache, a bunch of wasted water and tan gunk spewing from the jets instead of black gunk. Maybe eventually it would do the trick, but I don't dare keep using it with the way it makes me feel. And yes, I followed the directions carefully.

I know I can use dish detergent and bleach and I will do this in an emergency. However, I have ben using my bathroom hot-jet tub for four years now, at least three times a week and the water is as clean as when the tub was new. I use this Jacuzzi Cleaner once a month or after guests come over to use my tub. Highest rating.
