This review is from: Jaguar S-Type and 420: The Complete Story (Crowood Autoclassics) (Hardcover)
Out of print and very hard to find these days. It is the 'definitive' book on the S-Type and 420 but nevertheless I found it disappointing. The text contains some minor errors, e.g. it says the number-plate cowl of the Daimler Sovereign is fluted, which it isn't. It also includes some unnecessary personal opinions of the author, e.g. who cares if he thinks the Daimler radiator grille looks better than the Jaguar?
