Best reference for restoring or buying authentic V12 XKEs,

Dick Russ has done an excellent job of compiling detailed information about the V12 E-Type (XKE) Jaguar. He used some very low mileage cars to illustrate the proper original condition. One car had approximately 700 miles and another less than 100 miles.There are several very good color close up photos and detailed descriptions of the various components. He also has a section of restoration tips that are very helpful. Another section shows all of the component parts in a parts book format illustrating the correct plating or paint color for every part. The last section contains all the correct decals in color. If you are restoring or looking to buy an authentic V12 E-Type this book is a must. It is the best documentation of this particular Jaguar you'll find. I have competed against Dick in several Jaguar Clubs of North America (JCNA) Concours d'Elegance shows. When he shows, he wins.
