5.0 out of 5 stars Terrific author, June 1, 2008
I have read almost all of Lynn Andrews' books and highly recommend each of them. Anyone interested in an alternative view of spirituality, a fascinating presentation of personal growth, and a rivoting adventure will be thrilled with any of Ms. Andrews' books.

5.0 out of 5 stars As intriguing as fiction but it is a true story., December 5, 2011

I read this book over ten years ago... and I'm going to reread this again. It is the third in a series of actual events that happened to a woman in her travel to Canada. This book, as all in the series, are about a shamanic journey into ones personal power. The author is a fantastic writer! This book takes place in South America and if you ever heard the saying "the truth is stranger then fiction," this book lives up to that greatly. Read medicine woman first so you understand the basis of how this all got started.

If you loved Carlos castaneda's books then you will equally love Lynn Andrew's work! I highly recommend all of her books.
