I first heard this Album at a Yoga Studio. The more I listened, the more I became addicted. This is indeed an excellent album, and one that I cherish.

My teacher used this cd in a class and I knew i had to have it. There's a great balance of songs to use during your practice. Sometimes I listen to it just to calm myself in evening traffic.
