This book is wonderful. It made me proud to be a woman and should serve as an inspiration for women to use their vote. I recommend it.

I like this book. It has a lot of great and very interesting information. There are sections that get a little too wordy, but I really enjoyed this book and am now looking for other stuff to read of this subject.

Love this book and very informative...women will always be second class citizens to men. There are not much equal rights for women especially in pay in the 21st century!

While it over-emphasizes the role these protests played in the eventual success of the U.S. woman suffrage movement on a national scale, it's important to have this portion of social movement history chronicled so completely. It is valuable to scholars of women's history, social movements, and radical politics/protests.
