Excellent! One that should be a part of everyones classroom.,

Finally, a book that highlights a subject that few authors have ventured too. It is a humorous tale of a deaf child that is mainstreemed into the public school system, and we are along for the ride. The book covers issues of deafness and adolecents in a very humorous way, that we all can relate to. It is deffinately a perefect book for a classroom read or a book to have at home. Piper covers the what would be sometimes a tough issue and makes it an enjoyable read for all ages. Without a doubt I would recomend this book.

It's tough to find stories with deaf/Deaf characters. This one is a nice story about a young boy who uses an interpreter and battles the challenges of middle school.
