5.0 out of 5 stars a terrific toy!
When I bought this toy for my son I was a little conflicted. He is four and a half and we haven't really introduced video games yet. But he loved Wall-e and we thought it could be fun for him to do with his dad on the weekends occasionally when I worked. They have had a blast. It really has improved my son's motor skills and he has to think ahead of what he is doing right...

3.0 out of 5 stars Wall-E
My son loved this at first. he played with it for a couple weeks until it got funny. When you plug it in to any tv other than the one in our bedroom it won't work. Of course it only has a 30 day warranty. I bought it to take to Nana's for sleepovers and it doesn't work on her tv's. So it does work on one tv but not good for its intended purpose.

When I bought this toy for my son I was a little conflicted. He is four and a half and we haven't really introduced video games yet. But he loved Wall-e and we thought it could be fun for him to do with his dad on the weekends occasionally when I worked. They have had a blast. It really has improved my son's motor skills and he has to think ahead of what he is doing right at that moments. It forces him to make a plan and he has picked it up very quickly. What I love is that is allows you to repeat a level over and over until you master it rather than kick you back to level one and make you go thru them all again. There are still lots of sections he just can't do but that makes for a good opportunity for his dad to do it for him and show off his super hero dad capabilities. They have really enjoyed doing it together. I'd recommend it to anyone. And true to the movie, there isn't any type of violence or inappropriate behavior that makes you cringe.

This game is a favorite of my grandson. At 3 1/2, he had this figured out long before Gramma. This game is also a challenge for older kids and adults. Lots of fun!

Happy with this toy for my 5 yr. old. He loves Wall E anything. There was a problem with shipping, but it was cleared up so professionally, I didn't mind a slightly later date for delivery. Thanks!!!

My cousin absolutely loved it, however, I am not sure on how educational, durable, or fun this toy actually is...he just loved the look of it!

1.0 out of 5 stars Impossible to complete the game, March 6, 2010
= Durability:3.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Wall-E Plug and Play (Toy)
The game has 3 end goals:
(1) collect trash and make compacted trash cubes until you fill a lot of 20 spaces
(2) collect artifacts as you find them and bring them back home - you can find all but 3 in the main game
(3) complete all 30 levels (15 easy, 15 hard) of each of 3 side games and receive one of the remaining 3 artifacts after completing each game

Unfortunately there is no solution to Level 3 of the "Hard" levels (level 18 overall) in the Axiom Adventure game, and so you get stuck with all trash collected and all artifacts except one since you can't move past AA Level 18 to complete that game and get the last artifact. Really frustrating for both my son and myself.

My nephew went crazy for this game when I gave it to him. If his reaction means anything, little boys love it!

Graphics remind me of the old Atari 2600. It's playable and simple. Just plug it into the video and audio composite ports.
