My 6 year old just got this toy and has literally had a "blast" with this.

The downside - I was expecting from the pictures on the box that the shoots would be large chunks of slime - but in reality it's more like small spew. This toy is intended for outside play - it makes to much of a mess to be inside.

The Upside - my son loves it!! He has lined all his action figures up and shot them all down. I was really impressed by the quality of the goggles - they are really well made and durable. We've gone through all kinds of cap guns, water guns, laser guns - but this one has really caught my son's attention more than the rest.The slime lasts for a long time and has enough power to knock over action figures.

Oh, at home we don't call it "snot shot" - it's refered to as "slime shot" ... lol

I can see any boy loving this toy - my son has slimed everything in the back yard :)

I gave this to my 6 year old son for Christmas. He & the neighborhood kids love it. One of the other moms is buying one for herself & her daughter; I'm buying one for myself. Then

we're having a camp out in the back yard and we're going to use the glow "snot" and shoot each other. We are all looking forward to it. This gun makes you feel like a kid because you don't want to wait your turn. If you get one, take my advise & get "2"! It is certainly an outside toy & not for in doors at all. It is messy & gooey. But the fun is worth it! It's easy to use & comes with goggles for safety. If you try it I really don't think you'll be disappointed. I also gave one to another little boy for Christmas & his father said that it was his favorite toy. A HIT!!!

I bought this toy for my 7 year old son. He loaded the gun and shot my husband and the snot left a welt on his arm. This toy looks fun. I would be careful that you are not to close to anyone when you shoot them because it stings really bad. Other than that problem this toy seems cool.
