3.0 out of 5 stars It's Good
I honestly love the game, many people say it is no challenge, but i would have to dissagree.if you actually try to get all the awards and everything, it seems almost virtualy impossible even with a players guide. none the less it is an incredible singleplayer game, multiplayer on the other hand is brutal, co-op is physically impossible, and the battle mode sucks. not as...

James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing is by far the best James Bond game yet. The graphics are great, although it is viewed from a 3rd person view (where you see yuor entire character, not just the gun). At first, this might not seem great. However, it ends up working very well.

James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing has great varity. The third person view makes stelth easier. The manual aim feature (like in Nightfire) puts you in frist-person ofr precies aiming. There is a fairly forgiving auto-aim feuture, as well. There are driving levels, with a better variety of cars. There are also more explosions, more opportunities to use tight-ropes, and the levels have multiple ways of being beaten.

James bond 007: Everything or Nothing is one of the best games around. The multiplayer mode offers 4 players, with lots of levels, but obviously, no online, but Gamecube gamers' top priority is not online. It is a must buy title.

5.0 out of 5 stars THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST OF BOND!!!, November 2, 2003
A Kid's Review
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
I am an absolute HUGE fan of James Bond.I own TWINE (N64),Tomorrow Never Dies,Agent Under Fire(gamecube),and Nightfire(gamecube).Everything or Nothing looks absolutley brilliant. What impressed me this time, was that ACTUAL actors will be playing the roles.Pierce Brosnan,Judi Dench,Mya,and Williem Dafoee who was terrific in Shadow of the Vampire. This is one of the games that has me waiting at the edge of my seat to own.Another great thing about this game is the new third person view (there hasn't been one since Tomorrow Never Dies). In some places I find the first person view difficult.Especially when climbing or being on an edge. The more I think of it James Bond games are better off just as games. Not movie adaptions.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Bond Game Yet!!!!!!!!, March 2, 2004
By
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
This is the best James Bond game out there now. Even better than Goldeneye, why, because it actually "feels" like bond, and the plot is done so well, it feels like a movie. The 3rd person was a veru nice addition, because you can use stealth(wall cover, sneaking up on enemies for a stealthy kill), which is what James Bond is all about. This game is also a lot more challenging, even if you beat it on operative, you have 00 agent(hardest), and then the platinum medals...which sometimes seem near impossible. Co-op is a whole lot of fun, very challenging, and you actually have to "think" and plann ahead with your partner(haven't realyl ever had to do that in a bond game, they used to just be run and shoot" $ player deathmatch is different, but I think it is still a lot of fun. WIth the all new hand-to-hand combat system, you can duke it out with your friends, as well as pick up guns and shoot them, or pick up a wrench or wine bottle and throw it at them. It makes it even more fun on one of the levels where JAWS is neutral and tried to kill all 4 of you!! Bottom line, this is the best cause its the first bond game that feels like bond, in the movie sense, and even has the corny lines between bond and Q.

4.0 out of 5 stars My thoughts, February 25, 2004

First, I'll give a quick scoring and grade, then I'll detail them.

Overall - 8.75/10
-------------------
Replayability - 10/10
Controls - 10/10
Single Player - 10/10
Multiplayer - 7/10
Graphics - 9.5/10
Sounds - 10/10

Replayability - It's pretty much required. You beat a mission once, chances are you won't get a gold medal. So you beat it again, this time sights set on it. You make it! When you scroll over the level again, it says "Beat on 00Agent(hardest difficulty setting) to unlock Platinum Challenge". You do that, and then you have to beat it again on 00Agent, this time with a new 'Platinum Challenge' objective, ie time limit, not being allowed to lose any health. This unlocks cheats and other goodies.

Controls - Very nice, overall. Nothing much to say here. Pressing left of right on the D-Pad enters 'Bond Sense' mode, which allows you to switch weapons or gadgets in a -very- slowed down world, so you don't have to fear about getting shot quite so much. You can also examine objects in Bond Sense mode, getting more information about them, such as "Threat" "Objective" "Throwable" "Useable", etc. It also provides a status report on enemies.

Single Player - Best of any Bond Game thus far. The 3rd person aspect turned me away at first(I'm more used to FPS games), but I got used to it and liked it much better. The stealth and hand-to-hand aspect is wonderful.

Multiplayer - In a word: Disappointing. Cooperative is fun, which includes Co-op itself(A set of missions, much like a whole new game), Scramble(Pick a co-op mission, set the scoring parameters, see who gets the best), and race(Beat a mission the fastest).
Then there's arena. This was by far the worst multi-player aspect of any game I've seen. There is no longer teams, no capture the flag, VERY few levels to choose from (three, I believe). The only good part is the booby traps(I have only have unlocked one level, maybe the others don't have them). The only thing that makes this anything but wonderful is that it's all on one screen. A horrible birds-eye view. Stealth goes out the window, you can't snipe people off, and people can see when you're about to set off a trap on them! It TOTALLY defeats the purpose. With split-screen it could have been wonderful.

Graphics - Excellent in every way. Nothing to say here. Look at some screenshots.

Sound - See graphics. Listen to sound-clips, not screen shots. =P

Overall - Could have been the best game ever, if not for the agitating lack of guns(There's only 7 or so, no seeker missiles or beam weapons to speak of), and the single screen Arena mode. Can't wait to see the next game.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great game!, July 25, 2006
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
1 Player Mode
The plot is great and the animation is breathtaking. There are many levels with multiple tasks, so you won't get bored doing a task over and over again. This is my favorite James Bond game. I am stuck on the last level. Beware, it is very hard to finish the last level. At school, sometimes all my friends and I would talk about is this game.
Multiplayer Mode
Multiplayer Mode is co-op. That is okay, but not as good as Nightfire. It can get boring sometimes. I think the best part of this game is the single player mode. But, overall this game is excellent!

Forza Catracha "jcva13" (Miami, Florida United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
This game is amazing. The opening scene and mission it's just like enjoying a 007 movie. The cutscenes are great. The dialogues. Game play is great, you can play by foot, or get to drive cool vehicles. There is a mission you can either accomplish it driving a Porshe Cayenne or a Motorcycle, even better beat twice, once with each one. The missions are short, but it takes you a while to beat them, since they are challenging. Up until this moment my favorite Bond Moment is when you destroy a chopper with your missiles either with the Porshe or the Motorcycle, because it is followed by a great FMV, and then you resume your mission. Graphics and Locations are great. Another great thing is the voice acting and character models based on Hollywood stars, including 007 himself Pierce Brosnan, Willem Dafoe, Heidi Klum, Shannon Elizabeth, and another great element, Bond's Nemesis and one of his most memorable foes JAWS, Richard Kiel. The voices of M and Q are also included, Judy Dench and John Cleese.
This is an amazing game. I was never interested in playing Bond games, specially because I don't like FPS. This game always look great but when I knew it was going to be using Bond as a third person it was a no brainer to get it. EA did it again although gameplay is different this game is as good as the Lord of the Ring Games, produced also by them.
If you are a Bond Fan and Like gaming, You must own this game. You'll love it. If you are not a Bond fan, but are into gaming you'll enjoy it too.

4.0 out of 5 stars its fun but very hard, March 8, 2004
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
i rentedn thgis game from blockbuster and i have been playing this game for three days.first off like the other reviewers said the graphics are great let me break it down
graphics 10(out of 10)
sound(10)
gameplay(8)because of too many shooting hide shoot hide use weapon etc...
also forget rareware i never liked golden eye because (1st person shooters suck) and rare takes too long to make a game
plus rareware lkost all mtheir key developers and artists to other companys so (the junk box can keep rare)i'll keep silicon knights)ea did a much better job with this game than nightfire but i liked some of the cut scenes better in nightfire
plus its a 3rd person adventure i love the driving missions and the q spider
i love climbing up and down walls
i give it 4 out of 5 because of some of the very hard levels that you die after alot of work and than you have to do it all again (not enough check points)hardly any.
plust no jumping in some areas
and not enough armor as well
its very challanging and i think dieing so much is not that much fun
i know your supposed to use stealth in alot of missions
but some are way too difficult to use your stealth
you run out of ammo quick as well in some levels
overall it is the best bond game but could still use some more polish

5.0 out of 5 stars I have played the demo, February 9, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
Alright if you played the demo then you would see how amazing this is. Plus XIII that wasn't anything that could wow you. It was good but not great. Now saying XIII is better than this new James Bond your just trying to start trouble. After I played the demo I was amazed with everything I saw and to say it it was better than Goldeneye. The graphics controls gameplay all evenly played out. The sound is the most amazing thing I have heard in a game yet to be exact. There is more major superstars lending there famous voice in this and not only that but guns sound diffrent now. The game is absolutely amazing and a must buy. It will become a Players Choice with ease.

5.0 out of 5 stars James Bond Is Back, February 21, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
The other day my friend bought the new James Bond Everything Or Nothing for Nintendo Gamecube. We got home and started playing it. Right off the back you will realize at how solid EA has made this title. The game has a stunning cutscene right in the beginning and they continue that way throughtout the game. The game has a awsome single player design and the co-op is sweet. The game is hard so don't expect it to be dead easy like the others. It is more like Goldeneye again and have a bit more thinking to do or just shooting. The level designs are great and fun to rome around in. The new grapple gun is so sweet, allowing you to mostly climb every wall. The game is a branching game so you earn things and get new cutscenes as you go. The setup is the best I have ever seen in a shooting game yet, allowing you to use alot more ways to beat a level. The sound is amazing. True 3d surround sound making each shot a joy to hear. My friend said he hates the new James Bonds but I got him to try this since it is in third person. After trying it he said it is my favorite game. So if you are nervouse about trying this new James Bond don't be because this is so worth it. The next day I headed to Walmart and picked it up myself for the Gamecube. This is the new James Bond and going to third person was the right choice.

Graphics 9.5/10

Sound 10/10

Gameplay 10/10

Controls 9/10

Tilt 10/10

This game is mostly perfect, atleast try it.
