5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Awesome
i must say that this game was simply outstanding I love the storyline, the weapons, and the characters(including singer Mya & Nadia from Apple Pie). This game is similar to splinter cell as far as the smooth movement of the characters and diffcult of levels.Every level is very detail and layout perfectly. This definitely a must have for any 007 fan.

This game has so many good elements to it, I keep playing it even though the bad design elements are driving me nuts. I love the combat, the 3rd person perspective, and I love the targetting system. With the targetting you can lock on for quick fire fights, or when you have time to plan for a second, aim high, low, etc. The look and feel of the characters and...

5.0 out of 5 stars Everything or Nothing? It is has everything., June 13, 2004

Everything or Nothing is the newest and most diverse edition to the James Bond video games. Instead of being a first person shooter it's more like Syphon Filter. You lock on to your targets and shoot. You can duck, hide behind objects, use multiple vehicles, rapel onto and off from buildings, knock out opponents without switching weapons, use a wide variety of weapons and gadget, and much more. There are over thirty levels, some of which are vehicle levels. EoN has a multiplayer campaign mode and an arena mode, in which up to four players can face off. This new edition to the James Bond series is both challenging and entertaining. I recomend this game to pretty much anyone. I preffer ninja games and I loved this game.

This is what true Bond fans have been waiting for. It blows all other Bond games away, best since Goldeneye. It starts out with a typical intro serquence just like in all the Bond movies, only you actaully control this intro sequence! The 3rd person view may seem like a bad idea at first, but once you play, its surprisingly easy to use. The control configuration is very simple and easy to get used to. You get a very good assortment of weapons, some of my favorites like a Walther P99, Desert Eagle, MP5K, SIG 552, AK-74, SPAS 12 Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, If theres more, I havent got to them yet. Theres also an innovative hand-to-hand combat system, ever wanted to bash someones face in with there own gun then knee them in the stomach and watch them fall to the floor? You can even peek around corners and pick the guy off before he knows what hit him. The evasive roll is a good way to quickly move in on an enemy and take him out with a good move if your out of ammo or just wanna do something fancy to the eye. You even have a repel chord cord you can use to scale up or down flat surfaces. If all this sounds to confusing, not to worry, the game makes you take a MI6 training course that teaches you these skills quite well. The levels for this game are not very hard either and there not too long. They are very creative and action packed though. In some levels you get to choose which vehicle you would rather drive. Some vehicles include a motor cycle, SUV, V12 Vanquish or "Vanish", Army Tank, Cargo Truck, even a helicopter! The entire video game actually makes you feel like your watching a Bond Movie. You even get Q briefinggs at MI6 headquarters in Scotland. What perhaps makes this game is the use of actual actors and there voices. Yes, that means Pierce Brosnan actually does the voice in the game, John Cleece as Q, and some other well known actors such as Shannon Elizibeth, Heidi Klum, and an old friend, Jaws is back! Played by Richard Kiel. With all this great stuff what could be wrong with this game? Maybe its just me, but the story line seems kind of vauge. And the way the cars drive, its difficult to control sometimes. Ammo shortages are another problem, maybe thye'd rather you use the combat system sometimes though. Overall id give this 4.5 stars out of 5. This wont be a waste of money!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great and innovative; the best Bond game yet., June 15, 2003

James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing is by far the best James Bond game yet. The graphics are great, although it is viewed from a 3rd person view (where you see yuor entire character, not just the gun). At first, this might not seem great. However, it ends up working very well.

James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing has great varity. The third person view makes stelth easier. The manual aim feature (like in Nightfire) puts you in frist-person ofr precies aiming. There is a fairly forgiving auto-aim feuture, as well. There are driving levels, with a better variety of cars. There are also more explosions, more opportunities to use tight-ropes, and the levels have multiple ways of being beaten.

James bond 007: Everything or Nothing is one of the best games around. There, unfortanutely, is no Xbox Live support, but the offline mode more than makes up for it. The split screen play (up to 4 players) is great, and fast. There are a wide variety of maps to choose from. This is the best offline shooter on Xbox.

As far as not just being another action game, this game satisfy the expectations. While playing, you feel like being in a James Bond mission. Locations, situations, gadgets, cutscenes, all contribute well to the results. Too bad they couldn't achieve the same in the following "From Russia with Love", despite Connery's involvement. If you are a Bond's fan, this game is worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars the complete Bond...., December 24, 2005
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
Ever since GoldenEye on the N64, good old 007 has tried numerous times to get back on track with a stellar game. Up until now they have met varying levels of success but all frail in comparison to EA Game's latest Bond adventure. Everything or Nothing is different from all previous Bond titles in that its a third person action title as oppossed to a limited first person shooter. Bond can do most anything you'd expect of him. He rappels, dives, punches, and drives assortments of vehicles while shooting through some very nice locations. Motorcycles, tanks, limos, helicopters, and of course your Aston Martin V12 Vanquish are all at your dissposal. Just make sure to keep them in one piece or you'll have Q all over you in a fit. The gameplay is very smooth and fluent. Bond can interact with most everything in his enviroment and use it to his advantage. The graphics are truly amazing and quite frankly, there aren't too many games that look this good. The game's character models look wonderful, like the real life voice actors such as Pierce Brosnan, Heidi Klum, Shannon Elizebeth, Willam Defoe, Judi Dench, John Cleese, and Richard Kiel. The action sequences are all top notch, worthy of the Bond name. There is a pretty extensive multiplayer component as well that supports 2 player cooperative missions. All in all there is no possible way to go wrong with this game. It is one of the best third person shooters avalible and is quite arguably the best Bond game since GoldenEye. Thanks for reading now go buy this game, you wont regret it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Action Adventure Game, April 2, 2005

This game is one of the best values of the past year. It has it all. One of the better story lines for a video game, theatrical level cinematics and some chase scenes that actually make your heart thump.

The game starts out like a James Bond movie with the prologue scene before the credits. It's throws you right in to the action. The opening title sequence and song are almost worthy of one of the movies.

Each stage has three levels of difficulty you can switch back and forth on. I liked this because if I got bored or frustrated on the hardest (00 Agent) I could move down to Agent or the easiest setting, Operative and still advance in the game. The unlockable rewards and cheats give you an incentive to come back and try the stages again for a better score. Be warned, to attain a platinum on some of the missions is sometimes incredibly difficult and frustrating. It's also very rewarding when you make it through a mission under a crazy time limit or take on 30 or 40 goons with no damage.

There are certain spots where if you pull off a certain manuever you'll be treated to a little cut scene. One example is if you shoot a guy firing rockets at you with the sniper rifle you'll follow the bullet through the air as it hits the guy. Some of these scenes result in a Bond moment and are always exciting to pull off. A neat feature is the Bond sense that slows every thing down and high lights usable objects or items that can help you pull off a little stunt or Bond moment.

Game play is widely varied. There are stealth missions and straight out run and blast missions. There are combinations of the two and how you play sometimes defines how many bad guys come after you or how they react.

The vehicle missions are almost as much fun as the on foot ones. There are enough stunts to make you want to do the missions over just to catch stuff you missed the first time. The Daytona motorcycle chase on the bridge in Louisana is a blast.

I would highly recommend this game for fans of third person action titles.

5.0 out of 5 stars Don't just play Bond, BE Bond!, August 17, 2004
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
Playing this game wasn't like watching a Bond movie, it was like being James Bond! The amazing variety of the levels kept gameplay fresh and interesting, and the way you play those levels is up to you. You are rewarded with "007 moments" for acheiving the cool creativity of Bond (and often some over the top stunts cutscenes), but if you want to power through and do things with an old fashioned beat-down, it will work too. The levels are short but challenging, so that after just a few hours and a few levels under your belt, you feel a good sense of accomplishment, and it becomes very hard to put the controler down!

The voiceover work of the top level stars like Pierce Brosnan and Willem Dafoe made the experience even more enveloping, but the storyline gets a bit muddled with all the action (but isn't that true of the movies as well? Who goes to a Bond movie for the storyline?). But whether running and gunning, powersliding under an exploding tanker, or base jumping sans parachute, one thing you will never be is bored.

This review is from: James Bond 007 Everything or Nothing (Video Game)
This is the best Bond game so far. Between the gadgets, guns and cars I don't know what I like best about this game. they even use real names of guns unlike other games, i love it how you get the aston martin and the cayenne suv and a motorbike. the controls are simple enough that you can easily pick it up and start playing and after twenty-thirty minutes of high octane playing you have beaten a level or two. Everything Or Nothing is one of those games where some levels are easy but the ones that are hard...are hard but not so hard to where you just can't beat it and try over and over again. this is an incredible game.
