CAN NOT GET ENOUGH of JAMES BOND,
By
This review is from: James Bond Theme (Audio CD)
I always thought MOBY did a great job with the "James Bond Theme" and you sure get enough of it on this CD of re-mixes. DIE ANOTHER DAY is coming out soon. I hear that there is going to be an updated version of the "James Bond Theme" on that soundtrack just like MOBY did for TOMORROW NEVER DIES. MOBY's the "James Bond Theme" keeps getting better with age and I still think this is a fantastic recording.

The Best of Moby and James Bond!,

Many people agree that the James Bond Theme by Moby is one of the best in the series. I have always enjoyed listening to this on the official soundtrack and on this CD single. This Cd features 5 other remixs of the main theme. Tomorrow Never Dies has truly scored in the music department with this song be played over several parts. Featured on the CD is the dialogue from Goldfinger, "Do you expect me to talk?" "No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!" Moby has done a terrific job on the song and soundtrack! All Stars!

Bond: Do you expect me to talk?,

If you are a James Bond collector, you should add this CD single of "The James Bond Theme" to your collection. It contains "Moby's Extended Dance Mix" of their Re-Version of "The James Bond Theme" plus five re-mixes. Moby's Re-Version appears on the official soundtrack album of TOMORROW NEVER DIES. The cover of this CD single contains official graphics of TOMORROW NEVER DIES including the 007 gun logo. As for the aesthetics of the different cuts, that is a matter of taste. However, I personally found the variety of the different re-mixes interesting. In fact, now that several years have passed I find these re-mixes quite palatable. You do get to hear dialogue from "GOLDFINGER" repeated more than just a few times. "Do you expect me to talk?" "No mister Bond, I expect you to die." I actually never tire hearing those lines. The last time I checked, James Bond was still alive and on the job.

Ahem. This single is terrible and not worth it's price! You have been warned! The first track, "Moby's Re-version" is the only track i liked. The rest of them take that track and RUIN it. The first track is also availible on the Tomorrow Never Dies soundtrack, so why buy this cd? I was very dissopointed after I bought this.

'No Mr. Bond... I want you to die!' (the bad guy) Next time one of your callous sophisticate friends asks you for a martini, slap this in the cd player... and don't forget... shaken - not stirred!! This is good stuff Maynard
