James Duffy is an author, documentary filmmaker, and concert producer. His latest novel, "eDream," is a tech thriller exploring the world of lucid dreaming and the unexpected consequences of programmed dreams.
He has also written two historical adventure novels set in ancient Rome ("Sand of the Arena" and "The Fight For Rome") as well as a graphic novel series for Moonstone Books based on O Henry's character The Cisco Kid. His magazine articles have appeared in Modern Drummer and Amazing Figure Modeler. He also contributed to a National Geographic issue on gladiators.
Over the past 35 years Jim has written and produced historical and military programming for Discovery Networks, PBS, Travel Channel, the National Park Service, and the Armed Forces Network. He's the winner of an Emmy Award and multiple Addy and Telly Awards. Jim is also the producer/director of "This Is The '60s" and "This Is The '70s," two touring concert productions that take audiences on a journey through those decades with live music, film, animation, dance, and period fashion.
