Perfect
This is a great bedtime book for a four or five year-old. The stories are about Jamie's everyday life and relationships with his family and stuffed bull. They are clever, well-written, and sweet without being cloying or cutesy. Jamie's thoughts and feelings ring true, and my son adores these books.

Not as good as the first.
My daughter loved the first Jamie and Angus book. In fact she still asks me to read her the chocolate story. However this second book isn't as memorable as the first. In the second book most of the stories have less to do with Jamie AND Angus and more to do with Jamie and what he does that day. One story has him talking to Angus for about a page before going on a walk...
