Book Description

June 15, 2000
This book captures the essence of a web-site dedicated to the conviction that it is better to share the terrible pangs of loss in death honestly with friends and family than to try to bottle them up privately. It is a moving dedication to the life and death of Jamien Morehouse through her long courageous battle with breast cancer.

This review is from: Jamien.com: Celebrating Her Journey (Jamien E. Morehouse, February 4, 1951-May 3, 1999) (Paperback)
This is a story of a community coming together to help physically and spiritually their good friend and neighbor Jamien Morehouse. It is a story of hope, strength, happiness and tragedy, but it is also about Maine, the state she loved, about family, and about how people can live, love and learn together. This is a moving and inspiring book.
