Has there ever been a better debut album by another rock group? Pink Floyd? Rush? Perhaps only Led Zeppelin can claim to be in this group of excellent debut albums. This is for me, probably the best first effort by a modern rock group (almost 40 years old now) that I have heard. Their second album, Van Halen II, was also good, but not as good as this.

David Lee Roth at his funky best, great beat, and great backup vocals. This is a song that has stood the test of time quite nicely.
