There are approximately 15 more images scattered throughout the journals pages "selected from Jane Austen's 'Pride and Prejudice' illustrated by Hugh Thomson(1894); Rudolph Ackermann's 'Repository of Arts,Literature,Comerce, Manufacture,Fashions, and Politcs' published in London between 1818 and 1828; and'Le Bon Genre' published in Paris (images form 1810-1815)." All of these images are done in gold and are accompanined by quotes from the various books penned by Miss Austen. The pages are lined for writing, stiched, not glued, allowing the book longer life and the ability to lie more flat when open.
A lovely indulgence for that Jane Austen lover in your life that would be thrilled with a place to write down all favorite Austen quotes, notes and any other Austen info they would like to save for reference.

This is a journal of empty pages with random Jane Austen quotes. I love it.Published 8 months ago by Emily
This is a pretty journal. The lines on the inside are very light and hard to see but it is still a great gift for the price. I am using it as a stocking stuffer!Published on November 26, 2011 by sshannon5
