You get two 25-minute workouts here: both are low-impact, aerobic routines alternating with intervals of lower-body muscle work using the body's resistance, no weights. The aerobic segments are taught by Fonda and two other instructors. The choreography is simple--nothing more complicated than step-touch, grapevine, heel digs, marches, and hamstring curls--and each move is repeated many times. If you like choreography challenges, this video won't hold your interest, but if you like to keep your choreography simple, or if you're a beginner to aerobic dance, you'll be at ease here. The intervals of lower-body training, taught by Fonda, include moves such as stationary lunges, squats (without weights), and standing leg lifts. Both workouts end with abdominals and a stretch. I have tried many workout tapes in my lifetime but this one is the best. You really get a workout in just 25 minutes and if you have the series then you can go right from the abs, buns and thighs workout right into body sculpting or low impact aerobics and give yourself a great 50 minute workout. The moves are easy to learn, the camera doesn't jump around and you can actually see what your supposed to be doing instead of looking at just faces.

I would recommend this tape (plus the other two) highly.

I love this video. I have used it after the birth of each of my three children and I see results everytime. I gained a lot of weight with each pregnancy (50+ lbs) and this workout alone helped me get it all off plus some. It is a nice easy to follow workout that will make you sweat. I like that you have a choice of high or low impact, so you can ease yourself back into working out if you have been out of it for a while or if you're just beginning. The toning exercises are great and you definitely feel it afterward. These are two great 30 minute routines that you can fit into a busy day. I put my baby in the swing and the older kids watch or join me. I would definitely recommend this to mothers who don't have time to get to the gym, but not to those who are more advanced and are expecting a hardcore workout.

It was not until recently that I started to work out, again, and Jane fonda made it easier and fun. I love her personal trainer series, because it is doable. Nothing out of this world, but exercising, in general, will make you feel great. I strongly recommend this video, since I have been doing it I have lost 15 pounds and dropped a full dress size. Defenetely an A+++.
