Jane Street?, January 22, 2006
I am a little surprised, being a Playboy Home Video release that the plot of this film isn't better. Of course we have the usual bevy of buxom attractive young ladies all ex playmates, I believe.
Kim Wolf (Linda Hoffman) moves into a new apartment, arranged by her new boss, Marshall Catlin (D.K.Kelly) Marshall puts the moves on Kim and apparently Kim don't mind. In short time they are meeting for trysts. About then Kim starts having nightmares where a beautiful young woman (Gabriella Hall) is involved with a man whose face she cannot make out.
Meanwhile, Kim makes friends with the apartment superintendent, Jay Lewis, (Robert Gant) who probably has designs on Kim himself. Gradually, each succeeding dream reveals more of what happened to the ghost lady, whom they find out later is named Danielle. Kim's office cohort and professed friend Sarah, (Carrie Stevens) tries and succeeds on moving in on the boss, Marshall.
Meanwhile, Kim and Jay have tracked down the previous occupant of Kim's apartment. She moved out because she had the same dreams Kim did. This leads them to believe the dreams were connected to the apartment rather than Kim. Suddenly and unexpectedly, Kim finds out that Sarah has been murdered.
Who was Danielle and what happened to her? Who killed Sarah? Is it connected to her former boss and lover? You can find out if you rent or buy the movie but to see if you want to, do read on.
Conclusion
The question is, does the up side offset the downside in this randy romp? On a positive note we have three lovely lasses often donning their birthday suits for the cameras, in a faked state of arousal and heavy breathing, pretending to fornicate among other things. That is about all. The acting is see-saw. Sometimes good, sometimes terrible. The directing is OK for what the director, Vicangelo Bulluck, had to work with. The plot is a joke. Who writes these things? I hope they didn't pay anyone for this screenplay. They couldn't even come up with a good name for the film.
So was the tedium of a boring plot and inconsistent acting worth the undressed benefits? Not quite, in my opinion. Final rating 2 stars.

Don't wast your time OR your money!, October 26, 2009
I believed another poster in these pages who said that Robert Gant went full frontal in this movie. Not only does he show far less here than he does in Queer as Folk, but ALL the sex is simulated; and half heartedly at that. Cinemax late night gives you more. God, how I wish I could get my money back! I gave it one star because I had to.

I love "Jane Street", October 28, 2008
I got the movie "Jane Street" sooner than I expected. It was in great condition and I have watched it numerous times. It was well worth buying and I would buy another movie on Amazon again. It was so easy to order and then have it shipped to me within days. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Madelyn Knecht
