Editorial Reviews

About the Author

The handbooks original authors include - Dr Fred Sidell, Dr Bill Patrick, Dr Ken Alibek, Dr Scotty Lane and Thomas R Dashiell. Dr. Sidell authored the chemical chapters of the book. Dr Patrick was responsible for the biological chapters, Mr Dashiell supplied the sections on weaponisation. In addition, Dr Ken Alibek (PhD) and Dr Scott Layne deserve thanks for their contributions to the second edition.
