5.0 out of 5 stars The Classic Review of Infantry Weapons, September 7, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Jane's Infantry Weapons 1996-97 (Hardcover)
Since I was teenager, Janes Infantry Weapons has been the classic work on man portable weapons fielded by the world's armies. Although pricey at almost $300.00, it remains the only continually updated source of small weapons available, since the death of Clinton Ezell, author of 'Small Arms of the World', the only serious competition Janes really ever had. While not for everyone, and usually limited to news organizations, collectors, and military personnel, Janes Infantry Weapons remains the seminal work on an industry that is quite competitive and global in scale.
