Overlooked gem, August 10, 2008

This might be Janis's least-known album, but it's one of her best. With its lyrics about the fading summer and going back to the city, it's perfect for the weeks just before Labor Day.
It has a melancholy feel to it, but it probably won't leave you feeling depressed.
If you can snag it, do so.
