I should say Thank You for your book.

I'm new to this business and have found your book extremely helpful. I pretty much had my first account "locked- up", but I didn't know where to begin. I used the forms in the book and my contact person who got me the account really liked them!! She was impressed, and it gave her confidence, as she was the one who recommended me for the job.

I HAVE OWNED A CONTRACT CLEANING BUSINESS FOR THREE YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND MYSELF DOING THINGS THE HARD WAY BEFORE LEARNING THE EASY WAY. THIS BOOK IS WONDERFUL IN SAVING TIME AND MONEY ON MAKING MISTAKES IN YOUR BUSINESS.
