THIS BOOK IS A MUST FOR SOMEONE STARTING OUT AND FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS SOME EXPERIENCE IN THE BUSINESS BUT NOT ENOUGH TO MOVE FOWARD. Precise and to the point. The author gave an indepth analyses of the janitorial business from his point of view. Mr.Kravitz did a good job in explaining how to value a janitorial company in an event you decide to sell your company.
