janitors of tomorrow is less a cohesive album, and more a collection of singles from gas huffer's early days. the songs are fast and frantic, although some of them sound the same. regardless of this, this album contains many musical gems such as "firebug", "lizard hunt", "insidious", and the post-nuclear war masterpiece "Robert". much more influenced by rockabilly than anything they have done since.
