Great product. Wonderful machine for the price. One tiny personal negative. I am left handed. The world is made for right handed people. Including this machine. The presser foot lifter is on the right. This most certainly not the only product that left-handed people have problems with!. I don't know whether or not this right handed presser foot lifter is specific to Janome. But every on every other machine I've ever had or used had the presser foot lifter in the back, so both left-handers and right-handers could use it easily. Why didn't Janome do this too, I wonder.
Other than that, the machine is great to work with.
