I think this is the perfect case for a sewing machine. It is so easy to take in and out. Very convient to store and has compartments to store some of frequent used items

This is just what I was looking for. Could not be found in stores, but Amazon comes through again and at the right price.

This tote is the perfect size for my Brother machine. Nice size - sturdy

Janome builds their #11574 for Sears Roebuck as the Kenmore #18221, which is what I bought. Sears sells a white plastic one-size-fits-all case which is too large and allows the machine to slide around. This smaller case fits very well and has a side pocket for the foot control and misc. stuff. I would have given 5 stars but the "hard" bottom was broken in half, right out of the box. This doesn't seem to affect anything and the case works perfectly.

Bought this case when I bought a new sewing machine and didn't want it to sit and collect dust. I like to sew but unfortunately I work and don't get a lot of time to do the things I like to do. The case is very strong and has a side pocket that allows me to put the pedal and power cord in and other things and the sewing machine fits nicely in the main bag compartment. Would recommend to anyone needing a good bag for storage or easy carrying.

This Sewing Machine tote is nice and roomy. Large side pocket for cords and foot pedal. By the second use, cheap, thin vinyl liner inside the bottom of the tote has torn. I guess I can put duct tape on it......

Second try, what happened Amazon? It is a quality made bag. They just stopped a little short of making it an excellent bag for a few pennies more. It is just the right size for my Brother machine. The one and only pocket on the side it perfect for storing the pedal and wires. A couple of inexpensive slash pockets inside would have made it an excellent bag by providing a place to store the manual and bags of small parts. I'm a backpacker and when you design a quality bag like this one, you spend a few more pennies on pockets and make it a lot more useful. Evidently these people have never seen a backpack. I would recommend it though because it is made well. Maybe I will use my sewing machine to add some pockets. It really ticks me not having a place to store the manual.

Note: It is much better than these hard plastic cases and having a machine banging around in one of those. Maybe a different color would look more like a sewing machine case. Something like tan or off white.

I like this bag. I don't LOVE this bag but I like it very much. I have a Janome Magnolia 7330. It fits into this bag very easily. The pockets are roomy to handly my book, peddle, and power cord. I do with though that I had a bit more room for a few accessories like a bobbin box or a few spools of thread... maybe a pair of sheers. Not a lot of things, but a couple of basics you might take to a class or a friend's house.

Overall, I feel like this bag is stable for carrying my machine and feels sturdy. I wish my machine had come with a hard case, but this is a nice alternative.
