What can a simple seeker say of a book written by one of the greatest Sages of India in the last century? As all probably know that Swami Sivananda Ji Maharaj taught the path of yoga to hundreds of thousands, if not millions, through His simple and practical books. His sole goal was to eradicate the suffering from the lives of the multitudes by showing them the way back to God or Eternity!

Through His own exemplary conduct He taught lessons in divinity through service to fellow man. So many of His disciples returned to their eternal state through realizing the Self or Atman (soul). In turn, these divine saints traversed the globe with His message of God and uplifted numerous people out of this ocean of samsara (wheel of birth, life and death).

He made His message available to all through the 300 or so books He wrote. All of His books are simple, direct and easy to follow for the earnest seeker. Taken together they form a very sure path for spiritual upliftment, good health, love and peace. If one follows His works, one can be assured that one's life will be transformed in due time -- of this you can be certain as the Sun will rise tomorrow. His methods and teachings are fail proof!

I used to be in a very poor way -- healthwise, mentally and emotionally. However, after I started to follow His practical methods about 6 years ago, ALL of my problems have gradually solved themselves. Since He was a God realized Sage, He is ever present! Hence His grace will surely uplift anyone who puts His writings into practice. I assure you that you will be successful in all your endeavors if you apply His methods in the various systems of yogas! May His blessings bring you success in all of your efforts.
