This review is from: Japanese Cooking Class (Australian Womens Weekly) (Paperback)
The Australia Women's Weekly magazine has produced an excellent series of cookbooks and this is one of the best. The illustrations are excellent and the recipes are very clear, concise and easy to follow. This would make a great first Japanese cookery book for novices and also be interesting to those with more experience. All in all it is a terrific job.
