Great video for any martial art's enthusiast. If you are really into Judo or want to get a foundation this is a great video for just that. The footage is " old school" the way it was and the way they trained back then. You will see moves and things that no local dojo around you would ever do. I was inspired by this ancient art and to see it done the way the Japanese Masters intended it to be used says everything -

Kodokan Masters shows good basic Judo and history of the Art.A good tape for beginners and black belts. The only drawback was the length at 47min. for [price]. |
