One Set Worked, the Other Didn't,

The working set looks great in a flower bed by the pool, however it would look better if all six lights worked. I recieved the Lights in the mail and followed the instructions to charge the lights for 24 hours in full sun. When I turned on both sets, one set did not work. I called contact number, but received an answering machine message stating that the product was sold out or unavailable.
