If I could do this over again, I would probably not buy this product, and just stick with the eyelash curler I have. It's great that they offer free refills (haven't had the chance to test it out yet); however, I feel that I have more control with a regular curler. I have also found that it will crimp your eyelashes, it's just not as drastic. It is also more difficult to get close to your roots, for extra lift... and overall, it's curling ability does not impress me.

I love that it's compact, made with seemingly quality materials, and that the pad does not really get dirty with mascara, when you're redoing your eyelashes. It is definitely something I will carry around in my purse for quick, subtle touches, but for nothing else.

I love this eyelash curler!! It really makes my eyelashed stand out. I like the fact that I can use it after mascara, and the pads don't get all gooky. You only need to replace them after they lose their firmness (they will send you replacement pads free!!) I just replaced the pads using the extra set in the handle, and I've had it already for 6 months. I feel like they really lasted a long time. I will never buy metal ones again, and I hope Japonesque will start selling these at CVS or Rite-Aid or Wal-Mart so I can tell my friends about them, and they can get them easier. My first one is still wonderful, I'm just ordering another one for my gym bag. :-)
