My legs have ached nearly every day for so long I can't remember when it started. I have been to the doctor and I've tried all sorts of things. Before this the only thing that really worked was Lortab, which only masks the pain.
It took a month, but I finally stopped aching! I've been taking 2 500mg/day for a year now and am virtually ache free! This is amazing!

Bought this product about 3 months ago with the hopes of improving my nasal congestion and eye itchiness. Wasn't sure the quercetin was helping ... until I forgot to take it one day! Now definitely know that it helps! Would recommend to try for anyone who is bothered by post nasal drip, nasal congestion or runny nose RELATED to allergies. Have not noticed any improvement in energy levels ... and I DID catch the last cold that was going around at work, but didn't seem to last me as long as some of my coworkers.

I have only taken this product for a few days, but I am finding that it seems to be affecting the absorption of my birth control pill (unusual spotting). I looked on WebMD and it said that quercetin may have an affect on medications changed by the liver, and estrogen is listed as one of them. Ethinyl estradiol is an estrogen found in many birth control pills.

I doubt you need to be brand specific with this stuff so i bought this cos it was the best bang for your buck. Quercetin makes an unbelievable difference on my allergies!
