I just finished my first bottle and it worked with me.I thought this is not effective but i noticed that my skin lightens and glows little bit after taking it for a week and its my 1st month and i get noticeably lighter now.(I used to be tan).
One more thing, its not only skin whitnening this product can offer. I used to have hard time sleeping early at night.Guess what i have a very very good sleep at night, i am in good mood, my skin and hair gets healthier and better, and i feel happy and satisfied.
I recommends this product to you guys and it worked on me.

Don't hesitate to buy this product. I've been using this as my health supplement for years now and it works great for me. It helps my digestive system so I have regular bowel movements, and it makes my skin have a healthy, natural glow.

This one really works in whitening the skin, when taken with 500 mg Vitamin C. Give it about a month at 2 capsules twice a day with C and you'll start to see a difference. I'm Filipino medium brown, so it might take a while if you are very dark, but it is worth a try. Also make you feel great.

I am a 22-year old female with a bit morena skin. I bought this product a month ago. Shipping was slow but it was standard shipping and I am not in a hurry anyways. I start taking it once a day (I prefer taking it after dinner with Vitamin E and C. So that I am not exposed to any sunlight and I hope it works better during my beauty sleep. :) ) Anyway, I have been taking it for two weeks now and I can see that my skin is becoming smooth and whiter. I also feel great inside. I also bought this product because of it's detoxifying effects. Excuse me for the words but I can say that my BM (bowel movement) became regular and easy compared before. It is hard to explain but I just feel great! inside and out!

This product makes you feel good and it has helped me go to sleep easily and wake up feeling refreshed! I love it for that however for the skin lightening part (for my dark spots) this product did not work and as i researched about glutathione more this product WILL NOT work for skin lightening so if that is your intentions on buying this product it's not for you! I am rating this 4 stars because it did make me feel a whole lot better ! (:

I really recommend doing some research on amino acids in general, their function in the body, and specifically the bioavailability of glutathione. You're wasting your money using this for 'skin lightening'. ALA, NAC, and vitamin C are a great way to help your body produce glutathione naturally, which is the only way to do it. Larger doses of ALA will help soften your skin significantly- taking a amino acid combination will help its tone and general condition a great deal. There is too much of a good thing, though. Causing so much constant cellular turnover can be damaging if you're taking in toxins or creating other damage at the same time (such as heavy drinking, smoking, food additives, etc). That can increase the rate/possibility of bad cell replication- i.e cancer. More directly, it can cause your 'new' skin to be weaker, less resilient, and too 'stretchy', actually increasing the risk of scarring and discoloration. However, taken in a smart and consistent dosage amino acids will certainly improve your skin, generally speaking. But IT WILL NOT LIGHTEN IT, beyond whatever color/tone you naturally are- and it will not lessen discoloration caused by disease, infection, bad habits, cholesterol. I'm sorry, whatever you think is happening or want to happen just isn't. Use the other aminos for health, and dermal cosmetic improvement, but not for any sort of bleaching or whitening. Especially not this one. By all means, waste your money if you like- I'm just giving you the cold hard facts.

I've seen this same bottle at the Vitamin Shoppe for almost twice the price. Thank goodness Amazon manages to keep costs very low. Jarrow carries good products, from this one to Pantethine. I am satisfied. One bottle lasts a month. Taken twice a day.

I've been taking this for 2 months now and everyone notice my clean skin. I had deep brown skin and now a light brown skin.
Take vit E and C and you have to eat healthy! Good luck.

I have great energy and together with double the Vitamin C I have noticed my hands and arms getting so light lighter!
