This review is from: Jarrow Formulas Q-Absorb Coq10 30mg, 120 Softgels (Health and Beauty)
This bottle is Ubiquinone, the fully oxidized form of CoQ10. It is not the reduced (active) form, Ubiquinol. Jarrow does sell the better Ubiquinol, but it's about 3 times the price.

I honestly couldn't tell you if this stuff does anything for me, but I find no reason to give it a poor rating. They are black pills to prevent light damage. I give -1 due to not making it clear that this was lesser form of CoQ10 in the product description.
