Good look at emerging issues in the law - but getting dated,

I read the 2nd edition, written in 1996. It is interesting to see the evolution of the law over the last 20 years or so, and the development of issues. Perhaps best read as an example of how an emerging issue is dealt with by the law, and the development of legal precedent. The book provides a good background and overview of the law - both medically and issues-wise. Would maybe recommend if it weren't so dated - but it is real well written.
