I have been using Illuminatus since version 2.0 and grown to like it very much. While there are gigantic products like Macromedia Attain and Asymetrix Tool Book. It would take a year to learn how to use them, with the Illuminatus the learning curve is short while the list of features is pretty big. Downolad a demo and give it a spin. There is a version 4.5 available.
