I love the design of this headset. If the cord only lasted longer than it did, this would be a 5-star item. After 2 months, the cord shorts out and if I tilt my head just right while I am talking, the wires will have enough connection that people can hear me. Very frustrating. I hope others have had a better experience.

I had tried dozens of headsets and I can tell you all that this is the best headset ever made. the speaker is very loud and very clear, and the microphone can pick up a whisper.Now, dont get me wrong,its not perfect. You have to be careful becuase a small silver piece of plastic connecting the ear to the unit is made of a material that breaks easily,but you will never find a better speaker or microphone anywhere for the price. in fact it is better than many models out there that are 3 times the cost of this.as a matter of fact it outperforms many bluetooth models i have used.Great product.

I've used this headset for nearly a year without problems, finding the voice transmission superior to others in a similar price range

Best headset ever!!! I use the telephone all day long and was tired of having an "over the head" headsets. Those rip out my hair and are not that great of quality. i have tried all kinds of headsets. Even the really expensive ones... and they all break at some point.

I finally found this wonderful little earbud and it rocks!!! Why did I give this a high review? This earbud is very reasonably priced and has exceptionally great sound. They do seem to last about 6-9 months -- tops. But for the price I buy about 5 of them at a time,and when one goes... I just plug another in. I also find the earbud fits nicely in my ear, and the microphone comes right to my mouth so my clients can really hear me. The sound is amaaaaaazing!!!!

Their construction is ok. When they start to go ..... they start to crackle a bit. The connection of where the plug goes "into" the phone itself starts to not work.

I have used these for years and everyone says they sound great! I will keep buying these because, believe me they work!

The ge ear set microphone is great. It sits behind the ear with the bud in your ear. The sound is great without being so loud it hurts your ears or to low you cant hear. Everyone says they hear me very well and clear through the mircophone. I like the piece that goes around the ear instead of over the head and mess up my hair.

The earpiece is versitle and can be used in either ear. The only complaint I have is the pivot point to move the ear piece breaks very easily. For everything else, it is well worth it. I stock up on them so when the earpiece does break I have more.

This hands-free earbud for cordless phones works great. It's much easier for me to hear when I'm using it than when I place the phone directly to my ear. Plus, I love being able to move around and do things with my hands free instead of holding the phone to my ear. However, there are two drawbacks. First, the piece that fits into your ear doesn't seem to be shaped like a human ear, unless your ear canal is round, so it feels like it's going to pop out; but it doesn't. (I've found other earpieces are the same. Who's designing these things?) Second, as someone else noted, there's a little plastic silver piece that is part of this headset and it really is the weak link. I have had two of these just snap in half. I'm currently using my third headset, and I'm online now to order more, which tells you something. I like it, for the most part, but really wish it was made of better material. If the price wasn't so reasonable, I would look for something else.
