If you have cracked dry finger tips or heels, this stuff Works to heal it! It has no perfume in it, so it has it's natural smell, a slight earthy smell, which disappears rapidly. The lotion absorbs into your skin without leaving an oily residue. I like to mix it on my hands with a small dollop of "perfumey" lotion when I want to add a smell to it. I've tried lots of other stuff (that I end up giving away) but I always keep some of this "on hand". ;-)

Every summer the NW atmosphere curses me with dry, tight, ugly looking skin, and this year has been the worst in memory. I picked up a bottle of Jason Hemp lotion because I do swear by hemp oil (the stuff is absolutely amazing) and because I use Jason vitamin E cream and have had no problems with it. Sadly, this lotion just wasn't worth the cost. It leaves my skin greasy, which causes irritating bumps, and, for all that it has a very, very faint smell, it makes me smell funny. To clarify, my partner has not noticed the smell, so it can't be terribly strong; nevertheless, I notice it, and that is bad enough.
The bottom line is that I would not recommend this lotion unless your skin is flaking badly and it is the only hemp lotion available. I know I will not be buying Jason Hemp lotion again.

I recently went shopping with a friend to an organic food store and found this. I was a little skeptical at first but now I swear by Hemp Oil! I'm from California and I usually don't have a problem with my skin in terms of dryness but I go to school in Upstate New York and the wind and cold has chafed my skin to a point where it is dry, tight, and flaky. I lotioned everyday to no avail-- I started with one brand for a month, then Bath and Body Works. When I bought this, I used it for only a week and my hands and arms are super soft and do not flake anymore. It's amazing. I totally recommend it and 100% recommend any of JASON's products that contain Hemp Oil.
